What a 'guarantee' really is
A genuine aurora guarantee is a rebook guarantee: if the lights don't appear on your tour, you get another tour free. It doesn't promise the aurora will show — nature doesn't work that way — it protects you if it doesn't.
What to watch out for
Be wary of vague promises. A real guarantee should clearly state: does it cover cloud as well as low activity? How many free rebooks? For how long? Ours is simple and covers you if aurora is absent or unreachable due to cloud.
